White Sugar is mostly used at our home but day by day it is becoming dangerous for our health it is cause of many health issues like sugar,diabeties etc. so we can replace it with healthy sugar like Honey etc.   It’s no secret that governments all over the world are starting to crack down on sugar. They are passing taxes on sugary drinks and snacks, banning them from schools, and more treatment programs are becoming open to people who believe they are addicted to sugar. But what is the truth? Is sugar the new enemy?       

13 Reasons Sugar Is Bad for You

Let’s look at many of the reasons sugar is thought to be bad for you. Some people say it’s one of the worst things you can introduce to your system, even above fat.

1. Your Immune System – If you consume too much processed sugar you can reduce your ability to kill germs inside your body. It doesn’t take much, either. Just two sodas can stop the ability to fight off that flu bug and lead to falling ill. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get vaccines if you don't eat sugar, but when it comes to health, including dental health, avoiding added sugar can boost your immunity exponentially.

2. Mineral Balance – If you have trouble sleeping at night, are constipated and having other problems, you could be having trouble with your mineral balance. If you eat a lot of sugar, you are likely depleting your magnesium stores to process all of it. Plus, you will lose more chromium through your urine if you eat a lot of sugar.

3. Behavior Problems – Every parent on the planet will tell you that sugar and lack of sugar can affect their child’s behavior. If a child is hungry and their blood sugar is low, they will be sleepy and grumpy. If a child has an overdose of sugar, they will become agitated and animated. The key to better behavior is blood sugar balance.

4. Empty Calories – The fact is, processed sugar has no health benefits whatsoever. Therefore, when you eat sugary meals, you’re eating empty calories that will cause weight gain. The fact that sugar is often combined with fat and salt will make the effects even worse. It’s better to avoid added sugar when you can.

5. Elevated Insulin Responses – When your insulin response is healthy, your cells will release the right amount of insulin. But, if you regularly consume sugar, especially in “overdose” amounts, your body will become confused about when to release insulin and when not to.

6. Damages Cells and Tissues – The tissue in your eyes, kidneys, nerves and more seem to carry sugar a lot longer than other organs. This means that the body can suffer damage from that remaining sugar because it damages small blood vessels.

7. Causes High Blood Triglyceride Levels – There are no symptoms for high blood triglyceride levels. The only way to know if you have high triglycerides is by getting a blood test. It’s usually part of your overall cholesterol test.

8. Contributes to Hyperactivity – There are studies that show both results. Sugar does cause hyperactivity and sugar doesn't cause it. You must remember that any drug can affect one human one way, and another human another way. But, parents often report  problems with hyperactivity in their child after consuming too much sugar. You can’t ignore the possibility.
9. Anxiety – Refined sugars enter the blood stream quickly, and leave the blood stream quickly. This process can manifest in more anxiety overall. Even though often people who are addicted to sugar eat to suppress anxiety, it’s just making the problem much worse. It’s best to avoid added sugars in the first place.

10. Poor Concentration – Again, the reason sugar may affect concentration is because of the speed by which processed sugar can invade blood cells and then leave them. You need a balanced level of glucose to feed your brain, not short bursts of sugar such as in the form of soft drinks or cereal.

11. Feeds Some Cancers – The fact is, cancer cells love sugar. That’s because like most living things they need sugar to grow. But, not all sugars are created equal. Cancer cells love white sugar, white flour, and high fructose corn syrup. The good thing is that if you simply reduce your consumption of processed sugar, you can cut your cancer risks.

12. Hypoglycemia – Low blood sugar happens in people who have a condition called hypoglycemia. This can be a condition on its own, but it can also happen in people who have diabetes and take medications like insulin because their bodies don’t produce enough on their own.

13. Poor Digestion – Processed sugar is very acidic. The more alkaline you can make your body, the healthier you’ll become. If you have an acidic stomach you’ll suffer from heartburn, GERD, and other digestion problems.
 Each person is affected differently. It’s best to look at your own symptoms and health issues and if you have any of these problems, try eliminating processed sugar first to see if you notice any changes in your health

The most important thing is that you have to stay driven. Probably you started with an „eat right‟ program because you had some extra pounds in your body. Through your constant efforts, you have now managed to overcome that situation. Your body is in much better shape now. But that doesn‟t mean you can start going on food binges now. You have to continue with your healthy eating regimen. Only then will you experience its true effects in managing your life.
If you stay on a healthy eating program for two months at a stretch, you will stay on it for life. That‟s a fact. Hence, it is just those two months that you have to stay focused. You will find that the benefits you get within those two months will keep you hooked onto the program forever.
Read books, watch videos, research on the Internet, find out situations and examples of people who have brought their lives under control by moderating their eating habits. You will find a lot of inspiration from these stories and will want to implement them in your life too.
So, stay on it. If you are looking at improving the way you manage physical tasks or want to improve your stamina or want to just shed some undesired weight, eating right is the way to go about it. You will be able to get all these benefits and, most importantly, you will be able to spend more quality time with your family and friends. The sad thing is that a lot of kids are malnourished in today’s world and many of them actually go to bed hungry at night. At the same time there are children all around that are considered to be obese and their health is beginning to show the evidence.
As mentioned before, proper nutrition is very important for any person but this is especially true when it comes to childhood nutrition. This is due to the fact that the food that your child consumes today will have a direct impact on their growth and their health throughout their adolescent and adult years. This can either be a negative or a positive impact, depending on what the child is consuming.
If you want your child to grow up to be big and strong and also have excellent health you need to do your part as a parent and make sure that your child is getting all of the nutrients that they need. This task can be somewhat difficult at times but it is important that you remain determined and persistent.

As mentioned before, it is extremely important to make sure that your child eats healthy food that is full of nutrients, especially in their earlier years. That is quite a bit of overweight children. It may be hard for you to believe but that fact comes straight from the CDC so start believing! The scary thing is the fact that overweight and obese children have a much greater risk of developing health problems later on in their lives. They will be at risk for joint issues and pain. 

As well,they will be at risk of getting serious problems such as cardiovascular disease or type 2 diabetes. Teaching your child at an early age to eat healthy and choose a piece of fruit over a candy bar will greatly reduce their risk of experiencing these problems.

Healthy Growth:-

Optimal nutrition is vital for a child to grow in a healthy manner. It is important to make sure that your child is consuming the proper amounts of nutrient dense food such as fruits and vegetables to support optimal growth. Calcium is also very important. This nutrient will ensure that your child grows up to have fully developed and strong bones. Calcium deficiencies can have some very undesired effects on your child’s health so you want to make sure that you are giving you child adequate amounts of calcium.

Nutritional Breakfast:-

It is very important that you make sure that your child has a nutritional breakfast every day, especially on days that they have school. Studies show that children who have a nutritional breakfast before class do much better and can focus and participate much more. An interesting fact is that children who do not have breakfast or have a unhealthy breakfast are much more likely to have behavioral issues and problems learning while in school. On the other hand, children who are well nourished are much more likely to have better memory and problem solving skills.

As mentioned before, proper nutrition is extremely important for a child, especially in their earlier years. If a child does not consume the proper nutrients they will surely face certain issues in the years to come of their life. For example, lack of proper nutrition as a child can lead to problems such as having a shorter or slumped over stature. 
Another issue that these children may face is a delay in them reaching puberty and this can have a serious impact on the rest of their life. As well, children who are not receiving proper nutrition are at a risk of becoming dehydrated or facing certain health issues such as anemia. Their academic performance will likely be affected and this also can have lasting consequences on their life. 
Then there is always the fact that your child might become over-weight or obese. This can cause the child to experience serious health and social problems in life.
It is extremely important that you as the parent make sure that your child is getting all of the nutrition that they need. Your child counts on you to keep them safe and making sure that your child is eating right is part of keeping them safe. 
The best part is if you teach your child at an early age to eat healthy, they will likely continue to eat healthy, even when they are grown and have moved out.

पर इस बार कोरोना वायरस के रूप में आई आपदा सबसे अलग है....इसने इंसानी दुनिया के आज के नियमो,मूल्यों,संस्थाओं और तौर तरीकों को सवालो के घेरे में खड़ा कर दिया है।मैं इसे इंसानी सभ्यता के लिए आई ओपनिंग इवेंट के रूप में देखता हूं और हमे इससे कुछ बड़े सबक सीखने होंगे।

1.हमे समझना होगा कि मनुष्य की प्रकृति पर दम्भभरी जीत और नियंत्रण की भावना भ्रममात्र है। और जब हम यह कहते है सेव द प्लेनेट,तो भी यही भाव आता है कि हमी तो इस ग्रह को बचाएंगे,जबकि ग्रह पहले से है इंसान तो बाद में आये है।इसलिए हमें यह समझना होगा की प्रकृति के साथ ही इंसान बेहतरी कर सकता है उसके खिलाफ नही।चीन में जिस तरह जिंदा और हर तरह के जानवरों को आहार के रूप इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है,उससे इंसान उस पतली रेखा को पार करता दिखाई दे रहा है,जो अब तक पशु और मानव समाज मे प्राकृतिक सन्तुलन निर्मित करता था।

2.पहली बार इस आपदा ने हमे राष्ट्र की सीमाओं से बाहर निकलने के लिये मजबूर कर दिया है। अगर हम देश के बजाय प्लेनेट यानी पृथ्वी के सदस्य के रूप में इस आपदा के खिलाफ मिलकर खड़े होते तो क्या इसकी भयावहता बढ़ पाती।तो आखिर क्यों एक मानवीय संकट को भी राष्ट्रीय हितों से ही जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है।

.ऐसी वैश्विक आपदा से लड़ने की हमारी तैयारी भी एक्सपोज हुई है।चाहे वह चीन हो या अमेरिका, इटली हो या जर्मनी सबकी कमजोरी सामने आई है।अभी तो इस बीमारी में मृत्यु दर अपेक्षाकृत कम है,पर सोचिए यदि मोर्टलेटी रेट ज्यादा होती तो यह आपदा इंसानों को कहा ले जाती।

4 .निजी क्षेत्र आज संसाधनों के बड़े हिस्से पर नियंत्रण रखता है,इसलिए बिना इसकी मदद के ऐसी आपदाओं से सरकार लड़ नही सकती।अच्छी बात यह रही कि भारत सहित कई देशों के उद्यमियों ने सरकार को बड़े स्तर पर दान किया है।पर यह भी सभी पूंजीपतियों के स्तर पर नही देखा गया और कुछ तो भारी आलोचना के बाद मदद के लिए सामने आए।वही दान कई स्तरों पर दिखावे के रुप में भी दिखा।


5 .क्या आपदा के दौरान केवल सरकार कटघरे में खड़ी होंगी?क्योंकि इस आपदा के दौरान अंधविश्वास का बाजार भी गर्म दिखा और नागरिक लापरवाही भी।

Sodium Hypochlorite is corresive, and is meant largely to clean hard surfaces.

It is commonly used as a bleaching agent,and also to sanitise sweeming pools.

As a common bleaching agent sodium hypochlorite is used for a variety of cleaning and disinfecting purposes.

It releases chlorine, which is disinfectant.

The concentration of the chemical in the solution varies according to the purpose it meant for.
A normal household bleach ( for disinfecting buildings and solid surfaces ) usually is 2-10% sodium hypochlorite solution.

I can be used for treatment of skin wounds like cuts or scrapes when its concentration is between 0.25-0.5%.

its very low concentration solution is used for hand wash(0.05%).

HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE:- 

Hydroxychloroquine is used to prevent or treat malaria caused by mosquito bites. 

The govt. of india has decided to ease its ban on the export of hydroxychloroquine, a drug that has garnered global interest in the treatment and  preventation of COVID-19.

 Hydroxychloroquine is an antimalarial drug option, considered less  toxic than chloroquine, and prescribed in certain cases. 

however, several countries sorce the drug from india . the indian council of medical research (icmr) issued an advisory recommending the use of hydroxy-chloroquine in asymptomatic healthcare workers treating COVID-19 patients.
But now indian govt. decided to ease the ban, india said it would supply to countries that neede it the most and to neighbours who were dependent on india's  capablities.
