Person Wearing Black Smart Watch
Bad time habits might be the worst time management thieves but they also happen to be the ones that you have the most power to take control of. Whether you admit it or not, many hours in your week probably end up wasted because of your bad habits. While it can be rewarding to establish efficiency and self-discipline, doing so can also be a bit of a challenge. What are the common bad time habits that many people have today?
Get Rid Of The Bad
1. Spending more time on the easier tasks instead of the hard ones, thus not completing the more important projects first.
2. Spending time surfing the internet and temporarily losing track of time.
3. Spending time on answer the personal emails during the entire day.
4. Spending time watching videos in YouTube.
5. Spending time browsing the news pages or newsletters.
6. Cleaning the desk just to avoid doing the uncomfortable tasks.
7. Spending time checking Facebook, Twitter, and other sites for social networking.
8. Spending time on Skype and other similar websites.
While some of you might say that these are the things that you do to relax or zone out during an exhausting day, do you think that these will make you productive or are these merely destructive?
Many of you probably say NO to engaging in a new hobby, or visiting your kids at school or hitting the gym simply because you think that the hours of the day are not enough for you to do so. But is it really not enough or did you just end up wasting plenty of your time on these activities, time that should have been allotted for doing more productive things?

This is the reason why it is very important for you to get rid of these bad time habits that are taking away the precious hours that you could have just spent on doing things that you actually need and want.
What are the things that you can do to free yourself from these bad time habits of yours, then?
9. Create a doable to-do list with just 3 to 4 bullet points each time or else, you will be overwhelmed by the things that you have written down.
10. Every morning, make sure that you clean your desk. See to it that you keep only those things needed for the project that you are working on.
11. Once you start working, place your to-do list next to the computer so that your mind will not drift from the work that you need to finish.
12.During projects, disconnect from the internet and give yourself a reward with a limited surfing for just 10 minutes.
13. Answer the personal emails that you’ve got before getting your lunch as this will help you limit the time that you spend on your account.
14. Exercise during mornings. This will help you have a quicker tempo the entire day, making it easier to complete your tasks and stay focused.Pen on to Do List Paper

HOW TIME MANAGEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LIFE

How Your Time Management Affects Your Life
Silver and Black Digital Alarm Clock on Table

“Lost time is never found again.” – Benjamin Franklin
All people are taught about the essence of time management, but do you really realize just how crucial it is? As you already know, time management refers to the effective use of your time for completing the necessary tasks.
Managing Time
Usually, the need for managing time occurs in workplaces and schools, although these are not necessarily the only places where time management can come in handy. You might think that managing time is something easy but the truth is, this is far from being that. Whether it is good or bad, time management can greatly affect the life of an individual.
Proper time management has unlimited effects. Both at home and at the work place, proper management of time can pave the way for the accomplishment of more duties and activities.
At the workplace, knowing the benefits of managing time and implementing a good plan for it can result to better quality of work that is produced in a faster rate or speed. This can also involve the creation of a schedule for taking breaks and working. Most employees learned that managing their time at work instead of spending time talking to coworkers give them satisfaction on their productivity and more stability with their job.
When time is not managed properly in the workplace, things will not only become stressful but even dangerous. An employee who does not manage his or her time end up rushing to complete projects that can lead to a low quality of work, and this can result to termination when worse comes to worst. The risky aspect of wrong time management can also increase significantly based on the kind of job. For instance, in the case of construction workers, rushing their job in the hope of beating the deadline can result to serious injury or worse, even death.
Similarly, time management is also important when you are at home. Many people today are unorganized and fail to complete their day to day family activities and tasks. In the case of most families, they find it much easier to manage time by coming up with a family schedule that can include chores, homework, and certain family activities. It has already been proven that when things at home are done quickly, family members also get to spend more quality time together.
But while proper management of time has amazing advantages, doing it in the wrong way can be just as equally devastating. When time is not managed properly, it can negatively affect the workplace, the home and all other people around you. At home, there is a possibility that improper management of time can lead to unnecessary tension among the members and family disagreements. Families that lack the proper sense of managing time are also more likely to miss their scheduled activities, be late for the events at work or school, and not spend some quality bonding time together.
Without a doubt, time management can greatly affect the life of a person. If done properly, it can make life better and happier but a single wrong move can turn things upside down, that is way extra care is always needed when managing your time, be it at home or at the work place.

BASICS ON TIME MANAGEMENT

The Basics On Time Management

“Time is what we want most, but what we use worst.” ― William Penn
Time Management is one misleading phrase. While science fiction, for the longest time, has been fixated on the subject of managing time using numerous ways, like the idea of time travel, not one person on this earth can really manage time. As a human, the only thing that you can hope to attain is to successfully manage your life’s events in the most efficient way possible for you to have adequate time left for other things that you need to accomplish. Time is the one that manages itself, in all sense of the word.
Here, you will get to learn more about time management and discover some simple techniques and ideas that you can put to use so that you can make your own time become in the most efficient way possible for you to get all things done while still having enough time left for yourself.
Was there ever a time in your life when you wished for more time? Did you ever want time to pass even more quickly? There are instances when time seems to fly while on other times, it seems to be dragging. You often hear people complaining how their time at school or work is dragging, while the holidays just pass by all too quickly.

These illusions are merely the effect of how a person reacts to different emotions and environments because whether you like it or not, nothing will change the fact that one day is always composed of 24 hours, no more, no less.
According to research, once the human brain is engaged in numerous activities, it experiences a reduction in the ability to notice how time passes. Conversely, when your brain has less stimulation, it tends to focus on keeping tab on time passing.
Time management is almost as good as safeguarding your money. You protect your money, aiming to use this in the wisest way possible and avoiding any waste. You budget. You balance the money you earn with the money you spend. And just like money, your time is also a limited but valuable resource. This means that the skills that you will need for managing your time is the same with those required for money management to be successful – planning, management, as well as self-control.
By learning good skills in time management, you will have better chances of controlling your time, with the primary goal of improving your life. Furthermore, this improvement must reduce the levels of stress in your system and heighten your energy levels. Through proper time management, you can maintain or come up with the perfect balance between your family, personal and work lire while still possessing the flexibility of responding to new opportunities or surprises.

HOW TO DO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

   HOW TO DO SOFTWARE           DEVELOPMENT

Black Samsung Tablet Computer
Once upon a time, building your own software empire meant becoming another Microsoft or Bill Gates. And that took plenty of time, plenty of money, and plenty of resources.
Nowadays, it’s as simple as turning on your computer. Well, maybe not that simple. But having a computer is really all it takes to own, operate, and develop a software business.
Just having access to the Internet…
l    You can brainstorm and come up with ideas.
l    You can find out what type of products do or don’t already exist.
l    You can determine exactly what people want and need.
l    You can locate and hire a programmer.
l    You can create software graphics (or have them created).
l    You can promote and sell your finished products.
And when you think about the fact that you can do all those things without leaving the comfort of your home, it’s pretty amazing. Plus, the cost of creating and developing software is no where near what it used to be.
Instead of having to travel long distances or settle for whatever programmer is located within a reasonable distance from you (and whatever price they happen to charge), you can easily choose from any number of qualified programmers throughout the world.
For each project you put out there, you’ll have numerous professionals vying for your business, each one trying to outbid the other. And in most instances, that means coming up with a bid that is lower than the next guy.
Not that you should pick the lowest bid. That should never be your main consideration when choosing a programmer. But the fact that programmers will be competing in that manner means you can ultimately get the best possible job done for the best possible price.
Another advantage is the income potential. Although there are several ways you can make money online, none of them comes close when you calculate the amount of money that can be generated through the sale of software products.
And the true benefit of dealing in software products is the fact that you don’t have to talk someone into buying it. The product either fulfills the needs or wants of a prospective buyer or it doesn’t.
With an ebook, for example, you generally have to come up with all sorts of ingenious sales copy just to convince people why they should buy it. With software, it’s as simple as listing all the features and benefits.
And, when it comes right down to it, people who purchase software products aren’t really interested in hearing some sales pitch. They simply want the facts and nothing but the facts…
l    Does this product have all the features I want/need?
l    Will this product help me do something faster/easier?
l    Is this product easy to install?
l    Is this product easy to use?
l    Will this product work on my operating system?
l    Does this product come with help documents?
l    Is there any technical support?
l    How much does this product cost?
l    Will there be future upgrades and are they free?
Those are the type of questions that run through the mind of your typical software buyer. If you can deliver everything they’re looking for at a fair price, you’ve made a sale. If not, they’ll simply move on to one of your competitors.
In order to be successful in the software industry, you need to be constantly aware of what people want and need. But being aware is only the beginning. It’s also necessary to create quality products that will satisfy any and all of the buying public’s requirements. And in many instances, greatly exceed their expectations.
Notice, however, that I used the word “quality” with regard to creating products.
That’s the one thing that’s absolutely imperative in this business. If you merely run around producing second-rate clones of existing products, or you develop products that don’t work properly, you might as well pack it in.
There’s no way you’ll make it in this business doing things that way. There are tens of thousands of people creating and developing new software products. And there are millions of products being sold. Some good, some not.
In order to compete – in order to SUCCEED – you need to take this very seriously.
You need to come up with good solid quality products that will please the people who buy them.
If you can’t do that – if your only objective is to get rich quick – you’ll never survive.
And you’ll certainly never make any decent money.
But let’s not even go there.
Let’s assume you’re one of the “good guys”, that you’re hoping to develop your software business the right way. That you plan to deliver products that are innovative, unique, and possess the kind of quality John and Jane Q. Public are hoping for.
That being said…
From this point on, you’ll have benefit of all my knowledge and expertise with regard to making money with software products. Not based on conjecture or speculation, but through the course of actually creating and developing my own successful software business over the past several years.

INTERNET MARKETING

HOT SPOTS THAT DRIVE INTERNET MARKETING
Scrabble Letters Spelling Digital Marketing

Whether you are just getting into Internet marketing or have been doing this for a while, you know that developing a niche is key to the success of your Internet marketing efforts.
After all, when you are in business on the Internet, you don't necessarily have to produce a particular product first to market it. You don't even have to provide a service to market that either. Online marketing makes it easy for anyone to get into business, whether they have experience in any specific business or not.
The entire world of products and services are open to market on the Internet, as long as you know how to market using infoproducts and affiliate marketing to sell online. So, where do you start? Isn't it too overwhelming?
That's where a market niche becomes an indispensable tool to help you target profitable and interesting markets that can bring attention to your website and help you be successful in your chosen
Internet marketing venture.
This report will tell you how to locate hot spots in Internet marketing topics in a methodical way that anyone can follow. This will save you from implementing topics that you may be passionate about, but in reality have very little market value.
It will also help you locate the most profitable areas to be in and to time them to get in when they will yield riches without too much extra effort. When you know how to pick out great hot spots for topics you will find that your Internet marketing gets quicker and easier.
WHY PASSION ISN'T ENOUGH:-
Many experts advise you to follow your passion and the money will follow. While this may seem like good advice, the Internet is such a vast landscape that to maximize the potential that your passion matches what people are actually searching for online you need a better plan.
So, while passion is a good indication that you will be interested enough to pursue a topic longterm, it's not necessarily the only ingredient you need to succeed.
You actually need to know what topics are popular and being search actively on the Internet, to start understanding how to locate a hot topic. In addition, as an Internet marketer, you want to pick a topic that is profitable, and there are ways to do that using tools like the Google Keyword Tool, which will be discussed later more indepth. And, finally, you want to know how competitive the niche is, so that you find a pool that hasn't been over-fished by bigger players.

In Internet marketing terms, what you want to find are hot spot topics that have the following characteristics:
1. High demand:-
Many people are interested in searching for this topic and they are keying in various phrases to the search engines that can be mined for traffic and profit.
2. High Cost-Per-Click (CPC):-
Google establishes the CPC for keywords and phrases. Based on that, you can tell when one word or phrase is more profitable than another based on what advertisers are willing to pay a publisher per
click of that keyword or phrase.
3. Low Competition:-
Since most Internet marketers know that they want a high demand or high CPC to get good niches for profit, they are usually highly competitive too. However, there are still some out there that you can find that are not as competitive and we'll show you
how to locate them.
4. Advertisers Present:-
You want to also find hot spots that are of interest to affiliate or marketing advertisers. At least 20 advertisers for the hot spot shows it is good to try out.

MOTIVATIONAL

                   Motivation Key Setting Realistic Goals

Close-Up Photo of Black Ceramic Mug

A goal by definition is the end result of achieving your objectives. Some people hope to achieve success by becoming the first to walk on unexplored planets, others aspire to fly aircraft that have not yet been invented and still, others hope to become billionaires overnight. Without the requisite years of training or skills, these goals may not be possible and thus lack the realism I encourage. When we hinge our success and by extension our happiness, on achieving goals that may always be out of our reach for whatever reason, what kind of enjoyment will we find in life when we fail to achieve them? Bear in mind, however, that there is a huge difference between setting realistic goals and limiting yourself. That is why my encouragement to you is to set goals that are S.M.A.R.T and thus realistic.

The acronym S.M.A.R.T means that our goals will be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound.
When we employ this kind of framework to analyze our goals, we are less likely to end up disappointed and it will be easier for us to stay motivated to work towards this goal.

Multicolored Bontainer

If your aim is to simply invent something great, sometime in the course of your life, that goal would neither be specific, measurable, achievable or time bound. Working towards a goal that indeterminate will lead you in circles and be very discouraging. If your goals are to be considered realistic, they must meet up to the requirements of all the other aspects of your S.M.A.R.T analysis. So even if you hope to achieve great things by the time you are twenty-three but have not really set a specific means to achieve this goal, you will not be very motivated to get much done. S.M.A.R.T objectives ensure that you direct your efforts in the right direction and do not waste time trying to re-invent the wheel or striking the air. Working towards something that is impossible for whatever reason will leave us too discouraged to achieve much else.
But this is a very touchy topic for me because men like the great Steve Jobs, Ronald Wayne, and Steve Wozniak, did indeed achieve what was thought impossible by their contemporaries when they invented Apple Inc. So where does one draw the line between realistic and ludicrous?
ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS ?
• Do I have the skills need to achieve this goal?
• If not, how long will it take me to learn this skill?
• Do I have the requisite time and energy to achieve this goal?
• How much of my financial resources will I need to
accomplish this goal?
• Is accomplishing this goal going to have a positive impact on
those around me?
• Do I have the discipline required to achieve this goal?
• Am I willing to suffer the consequences of trying to achieve
this goal?
• Are my family and friends going to support my decision to
pursue this goal?
• Will I truly think of myself as successful if I achieve this goal?
• What will I do if I do not succeed on the first try?

Answering these questions will help you determine whether you have the drive to accomplish the goals you have in mind. These questions are not to discourage you but to help you prepare
yourself to become successful.
